ABOUT

ABOUT

I am an accredited EMCC Coach Practitioner with significant experience in an engineering context, as well as executives across wider industries (including HR, Finance, Legal and Marketing). I have been coaching and mentoring individuals for over 15 years, gaining formal training and qualification more recently in 2015. I have coached men and women at all career stages through a wide variety of challenges to achieve success (see more detail in the Coaching Approach and Testimonial sections).

I have 25 years experience of engineering leadership across many sectors, including in my current role as a Practice Director in a large engineering consultancy. More recently I have focused on leading complex global change programmes and in collaborative stakeholder engagement to create positive mutual outcomes.

I am also passionate about Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in business, as an active thought leader and award-winning change agent. I am delighted to support the Chartered Management Institute's CMI Women board as Deputy Chair.

I live in South West London with my husband, 2 teenage children and rescue dog. I've worked part time for the last 18 years, since my daughter was born.
